Redhaven peaches are widely considered the gold standard for versatility. These medium-sized fruits feature smooth, nearly fuzzless skin with a vibrant red blush over a golden-yellow background. Their firm, creamy-yellow flesh is highly prized for its perfect balance of sweet, juicy flavor and mild tartness. 
Because they are a freestone variety, the pit separates cleanly from the flesh, making them incredibly easy to slice. This firm texture also ensures they hold their shape beautifully. Must be fully ripe!
